Beat Freakz Fitness

All in one workout combining aerobics, punching, kicking, body weight resistance training & dancing with a twist! Every class includes small dumbbells for ultimate sculpting & toning and is set in the dark! The workout is designed for beginners through to advanced. For all ages, shapes, sizes, fitness levels & is super easy to follow. The atmosphere is electric, we have a big neon light & disco lights cranking plus every class you burn up to 650 calories without even realising because it’s so FUN!
